Empowered Personality Development
(EPD) is an executive-coaching organization founded in 2002 by its General
Manager, Joseph Plazo and managing partners Engr. Norberto Claudio, and Ms. Charima Johnson.
EPD offers monthly workshops,
certificate courses, executive coaching, training programs and self-help products imported from
various countries. The firm's thrust is Total Human Development.
Today, the organization constantly expands its business
alliances with overseas wellness companies to provide ever expanding services.

Joseph Plazo is an architecture
graduate with a passion
for people. He accomplished his Master of Business Administration from UP in 2002 and Ph.D from BSU
in 2005. He is also an EC-Council Certified E-Business Associate and a
practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
Since the onset of the millennium, Joseph conducted
intense soft-skills workshops for companies, schools and individuals.
Many were pro-bono. He
authored five self-help books and hundreds of internet-published articles.
Spare time is not down-time: Joseph reads, airsofts and creates radionic devices on the side.
Joseph has one goal: to touch countless

A
ranking government officer in an American
establishment,
Judith oversees veteran compensations and approval.
During her free time, she trains individuals and
corporate teams. Her passions include debate,
argumentation, communications and books.
Dr.
Joy B. Barredo, D.A.L.L. finished her degree in Doctor of Arts in Language
and Literature with a 4.0 GPA, as well as her Master of Arts in Language
and Literature and AB-Literature. She taught literature, and art
appreciation. She has published scholarly articles
and delivered lectures here and abroad.
Aside from her academic endeavours, she also coaches a number of
people in politics to improve their communication skills and conducts
training on the said topic all over the country.
She believes that people should continue pursuing growth in every
aspect of their lives. Education is foremost on her list. Her travels
have exposed her to
a myriad of cultures and experiences, which have equipped her to
share with others a deeper understanding of human beings, and how best
to communicate with people regardless of gender, age, race or status.
Thom Cannon is an
accomplished IT consultant and Life Coach from the United Kingdom. Thom
provides the managing team with tech related savvy.
Converse with Thom and you'll delight tapping a
bottomless well of encyclopedic data. He can carry a discussion on
virtually any topic. Be it hacking secure networks or social engineering a
client.

Erico Abordo, MPA He's a photography buff,
travel bug, and gadget freak, Mr. Abordo finished his degree in
Architecture and topped it with an Masters in
Urban Planning He's a full time official with the Department of Public
Works and Highways.
Erico loves new experiences, new people, new sensations.
Expect him to be at remote festivals, clicking away at his SLR- and
winning photog competitions with it.

 Ricky Laudico, MBA earned his degree in Mass
Communications at the University of Asia and the Pacific. He
then pursued a career in Advertising where he devoted much of his
time into brand building; handling major accounts and
engineering powerful strategies through segmenting, targeting, and
positioning which further boosted the brand’s market share.
Some years later, Ricky completed the MBA program offered by the
University of the Philippines where he gained an accelerated
appreciation for sustainable marketing strategies in acquiring
competitive power. He is a firm believer that individuals are
also brands or products whose success in tapping opportunities is
decided by excellent marketing efforts.
Ricky successfully ventured into entrepreneurship year of 2005. He
owns the wildly successful
Sumosam at Shangrila, Edsa and the classy Ten Titas bistro at GatewayMall. Together with business partner/actor Marvin Agustin,
Ricky had been reaching for the heavens... and then some!
Currently, Ricky’s eBook under development, “Leadership by
Example: Creating Corporate Clones” is set to début this
summer. This book is a journey towards self-improvement, and
the reader is expected to rise above his current station in life or
at the very least possess a greater and deeper understanding of
sustaining power, dominating competition, and the fine line between
management and manipulation in the workplace and beyond. Stories are
drawn from past and present political and business leaders, and
their most essential qualities are dissected and internalized.
Away from his busy schedule, Ricky enjoys oil painting and playing
golf.
 Norberto Claudio Jr.,MBA is a professional manager
with more than a decade of experience in the Telecommunications and
transport industries, as well as the academe. He is currently the
Head of Business Development for BayanTel’s Carrier and Wholesale
Markets and a part-time lecturer on Computer Networks at the Dela
Salle University- College of St. Benilde.
A Managing Partner of the Company,
Jobet began learning the Persuasive applications of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming in 1996, and has since pioneered innovations in the art.
His writings on persuasion have found their way on various websites
on across the Internet. He is likewise the author of two currently
freeware self-improvement products namely MLF da Babe and MLF da
Money.
Jobet holds an MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University at Rockwell
and a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the
University of Santo Tomas.
